We want you to be 100% satisfied with your EaseCap™ purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or return if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong color or variant
  • Your item is lost in transit or not delivered within 40 days
  • You're not satisfied and request a return within of your order

✅ Free Returns

We offer one free return per order within 90 days of purchase.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging
  • The return must be requested within 90 days of your purchase
  • Free returns are valid for up to 5 orders per customer per month

⚠️ Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or worn unless they arrive damaged or defective.

📷 Proof Required

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include:

  • A photo or short video clearly showing the issue
  • Your order number and email address
